Plant-Based Penthouse Party
January 2024 – Fancy Food Show, Las Vegas
We took over a sky-high penthouse and turned it into a full-on flavor fest. With some of our favorite brands—like Good Planet and LorAnn Oils—we created a next-level plant-based tapas menu that had everyone buzzing. Think dairy-free cheeses, essential plant oils, bold bites, and of course, wine flowing all night long. The Fancy Food Show had never seen a party like this—and every brand became the star of the menu. A cocktail soirée to remember.

An Italian Easter event
Spring 2025 – Seattle
If menus are the script, then wine is the dialogue—the love language between food and the land it comes from. And when you start with the soil, that love becomes even more profound.
One of my favorite things about Italian wines is that I can taste the earth. Each sip carries the sun-soaked hills, the mineral-rich soil, and the generations of hands that have cared for the vines. The right pairing doesn’t just complement a dish—it tells a deeper story.
In April in Seattle, we brought that story to life. A menu of beautiful bites, each paired with a wine from its same region of origin. Because when food and wine share the same roots, something magical happens.

When Two Chefs Meet in Italy
Spring 2025 – LaLuce Restaurant, Venice
Two chefs, two languages, one shared vision—this unforgettable five-course dinner was a true celebration of seasonal Italian plants and culinary unity. Hosted at the charming LaLuce and paired with wines from Perlage, Vallarom, and beyond, every dish told a story of place, passion, and connection. It was more than a meal—it was community coming together at the table. Proof that great food really does speak every language.
