A logistics company once held my business hostage.

Charged me for it.
Then blocked my number when I pushed back.

In August 2025, I signed Flower Chef Foods with a 3PL.
AI systems. Big promises.

They stayed a month. Then disappeared.

Charges kept coming.
Support kept saying: “Someone is handling it.”

No one ever did.

The breaking point?
70 boxes to Amazon FBA. Planned a month ahead.
They never kitted it. They never sent it. It got stuck.

We missed it. Weeks of lost sales.

I was in Italy, calling daily. No answers.

Nobody prepares you for what happens to your confidence after a serious illness.
