After Stage 3 breast cancer, invasive treatments and multiple surgeries, my relationship with food changed forever.

I stopped asking what was trendy and started asking what humans had actually been nourished by for thousands of years. ❤️🌾

That journey is part of what led me to red lentils and ultimately to building our pasta in Italy with intention, simplicity, and purpose.

There is something beautiful about knowing one of the oldest foods in human history still has a place at the modern table. 🇮🇹✨
