Project Flower Power

Nourishing the Future, One Bowl at a Time

Co-founded by Chef Julie Houser and humanitarian Hunter Boon, Project Flower Power is a global nonprofit initiative dedicated to delivering wholesome, protein-rich, gluten-free meals to children facing hunger. Our signature pasta is made from organic plant flours grown across Italy. The recipe was created by Chef Jules and was developed with Italian artisans to ensure exceptional taste and essential nourishment.

Starting in Kenya, our goal is to serve 250,000 children this year with our nutrient-dense whole food pasta. Our long-term vision is to provide one million meals to children worldwide.

This initiative goes beyond food aid—it’s about nourishment backed by love, tradition, and education. We collaborate with schools and local organizations to teach families how to cook with dignity and empower communities to thrive.
